A foot detox is a scam. You can not remove ‘toxins’ from the body through the foot!

There is limited scientific evidence to support the effectiveness of foot detox methods in removing toxins from the body or improving overall health. Foot detox methods typically involve soaking the feet in a bath or applying special pads or patches to the soles of the feet to draw out toxins. However, the concept of “detoxing” through the feet is not supported by robust scientific research.

These organs are responsible for filtering and eliminating toxins from the body. Sweating through the feet, while it does occur, is not a primary means of toxin elimination.
